Returns / Refunds
We gladly accept returns and cancellations.
Our policy lasts 30 days from the date your item was delivered. If 30 days have gone by since since the delivery of your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value and that value will be deducted from any applicable refund granted.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any orders shipped outside of the United States.
You may request a cancellation any time before an item has shipped
If your return is received and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We do not accept exchanges.

Please include a copy of your receipt, invoice, or order number with your return so we know which account to apply any applicable refunds.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original and return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
